For delivery, Illustrations by Cat uses Australia Post Parcel Post. All prices on site are displayed in Australian Dollars , and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

You will receive an email containing your postal tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not received an email containing your tracking number after this time period please contact info@illustrationsbycat.com

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure that the postal address information entered is correct & true. If the package is returned to Illustrations by Cat due to an address error made by the purchaser, then it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the additional cost of re-posting. However if the error is on our part, Illustrations by Cat will cover the cost.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time please contact Australia Post using the tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

We ship from Cronulla, Australia. Please allow up to 1-2 days for order dispatch. Once your shipment has been posted please refer to the Aus Post delivery time estimates for your requested service (Standard or Express)

All PRE-ORDER’S are printed on demand. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

REturns & reFUND

You may be entitled to a refund for the item you have purchased if the item is:

(a) faulty and the defect or fault was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or it was not apparent in the item photos before purchase; or

(b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, keeping in mind the way the item is described, the the materials used, and the price of the item;

And you return the item within 14 days of the marked postage date and provide proof of purchase.

Illustrations by Cat reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause the fault in the item. Photographs of the item will need to be provided.

CHANGE OF MIND

Illustrations by Cat does not facilitate refunds on items based on change of mind.

EXCHANGE

Illustrations by Cat does not facilitate exchange of item based on change of mind.

SHIPPING BACK RETURNS

If you are entitled to a refund based on our ‘refund’ policy and wish to return your purchase via post, we suggest you use a trackable service and package the item to prevent any damage during transit. Your refund will be processed on receiving your return package.
